Feedback is most useful when it explains the outcome you need and gives enough detail to reproduce the current behavior.

Where to send it

  • Use the Feedback forum for public feature ideas, workflow suggestions, and bugs that do not reveal private information.
  • Email support@outsized.social when a report includes account information, private messages, security details, or another person's personal data.
  • Use the content's Report action for policy violations. Feedback is not a substitute for a moderation report.

Report a bug

Include:

  1. The page address and your browser or device.
  2. Numbered steps that reproduce the problem.
  3. What you expected and what occurred.
  4. The full error message from the page or console, if available.
  5. A screenshot or short recording with private details removed.

Suggest a feature

Describe the problem before the proposed interface. Explain who encounters it, how they handle it today, and what a successful result would look like. If another Feedback thread covers the same idea, add your use case there instead of opening a duplicate.

Security and privacy issues

Do not post exploitable security details, access tokens, private messages, email addresses, or identifying information in a public forum. Send those reports directly to support@outsized.social.
