Hey everyone, I've decided to go ahead and make images live for everyone to use!

Please bear with us if there's an influx of new posts, the queue may be a bit long for the near future. To that end, my biggest ask with images: Make sure your posts comply with our Community Guidelines and Media Guidelines, specifically around identifiable people. If you don't have their consent, please don't post it here. If we end up having to moderate your posts due to infractions of that policy, you will lose your ability to post images.

Additionally, I've added a ranked-choice poll on this blog post to help me decide what the community wants to see me work on next. Feel free to leave comments below with specifics you'd like to see or ideas you'd like to pitch!

If you're interested in seeing chat audio/video calling or video posts, please consider contributing to the Patreon, those features specifically require much more powerful servers than I'm currently using to run the site. ~$450 a month is what it would take to rent a machine with a gpu in it for processing realtime video for calls as well as uploaded videos for web hosting.

I'm considering adding the ability for content creators to license their works posted on OutSized so their intention for things like archival, remixing, and attribution are simple for everyone to understand. We'd have options like "OutSized Publication" (Basically the current setup: they're allowing OutSized to display their work, but they still retain all other rights.), Creative Commons, etc. If you're a creator that's passionate about this topic, I'd love to hear from you about other licenses you'd like to see us support by default, I will also be including a "Custom" license option, so you won't be limited to what I pick for the dropdown alone.

I also went to SizeCon this year and had several good chats with some other community moderators, so expect to see some changes around our labeling system soon! (Love won't be a kink anymore, among other changes!, If you have thoughts or ideas on this, hit me up or leave a comment below!)
