Email is the private contact route for account access, policy questions, privacy requests, and sensitive technical reports.
Use the fastest route
- Account help: include your username and the address of the affected page.
- Privacy request: write from the email address associated with the account when possible and state the request clearly.
- Policy question: include a link to the relevant guideline and content.
- Product feedback: start at Send Feedback to decide whether the public forum or email is appropriate.
Moderation reports
Use the Report action on the specific post, profile, comment, or message when it is available. That preserves the correct reference and sends the report into the moderation workflow. Use email if you cannot access the report action.
Protect your account
The OutSized team does not need your password. Do not email passwords, session cookies, access tokens, or full payment details. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and recordings before attaching them.
