Start here when you need help with OutSized. The right path depends on whether you are reporting content, troubleshooting your account, or suggesting an improvement.

Choose a support path

  • Safety or policy concern: use the Report action on the relevant post, profile, comment, or message. This includes a direct reference for staff.
  • Account or access problem: email support@outsized.social with your username and a concise description. Never send your password.
  • Bug or feature idea: follow the checklist on Send Feedback. Public ideas can go in the Feedback forum.

Track a report

Signed-in members can review their submitted reports and staff replies from Privacy & Safety. Add follow-up details to the report thread instead of opening a duplicate report about the same event.

Before contacting support

Including the following details helps the team understand the problem:

  • The page address and the action you were trying to complete.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • The exact error message, if one appeared.
  • Your browser and device type.
  • A screenshot with private information removed.

For policy questions, review the Community Guidelines and Content Guidelines before writing. Link the specific rule or content in your message when possible.
